AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Lex Global Chamber (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Bangladesh, located at House-27/01, Road 02, Sector 15, 3rd Floor, Flat B-3, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh (Near Uttara North Metro Station).
We operate the website https://lexglobalchamber.com/ (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Lex Global Chamber, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

Our intellectual property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

Your submissions
Please review this section and the PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES section carefully prior to using our Services to understand the (a) rights you give us and (b) obligations you have when you post or upload any content through the Services.
Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
You are responsible for what you post or upload: By sending us Submissions through any part of the Services you:
- confirm you have read and agree with our PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES and will not transmit illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content;
- waive moral rights to the extent permissible by law;
- warrant you have rights/licenses to submit the content;
- warrant Submissions do not constitute confidential information.
You are solely responsible for your Submissions and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any losses we may suffer because of your breach of this section, any third party’s intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
- you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
- you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bot, script, etc.);
- you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
- your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content to create/compile a database or directory without written permission.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users (including attempts to learn passwords).
- Circumvent or interfere with security-related features.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Services.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of support services or submit false reports.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing or linking.
- Upload/transmit viruses, spam, or disruptive material.
- Use automated systems (scrapers, robots, data mining tools) to access the Services.
- Attempt to impersonate another user/person.
- Use the Services to compete with us or for revenue-generating endeavors without approval.
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may provide you the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content (“Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites and may be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that, among other things:
- Your Contributions do not infringe third-party rights.
- You have all necessary rights/permissions and releases for any identifiable individuals.
- Your Contributions are not false, misleading, unsolicited advertising, obscene, hateful, or unlawful.
Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and related intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to exonerate us from responsibility for them.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We may provide areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following: (1) you should have firsthand experience; (2) no offensive/profane/hateful content; (3) no discriminatory references; (4) no references to illegal activity; (5) not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews; (6) no legal conclusions; (7) no false statements; and (8) do not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. Reviews are not endorsed by us. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, perform, and distribute all content relating to the review.
8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not investigate or monitor third-party websites/content for accuracy or completeness and are not responsible for them. If you decide to access third-party websites or content, you do so at your own risk and these Legal Terms no longer govern.
9. ADVERTISERS
We allow advertisers to display advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Services. We simply provide the space and have no other relationship with advertisers.
10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, refuse/restrict access, remove excessive files/content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://lexglobalchamber.com/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.
Please be advised the Services are hosted in Bangladesh. If you access the Services from other regions with different data laws, you are transferring your data to Bangladesh and consent to that transfer and processing.
12. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to deny access to and use of the Services for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms or applicable law.
If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name or another person’s name, and we may pursue legal action.
13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience downtime and are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inability to access or use the Services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Bangladesh. Lex Global Chamber and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate informally for at least __________ days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to its rules. The number of arbitrators shall be __________. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangladesh. The language of proceedings shall be __________. The governing law shall be substantive law of Bangladesh.
Restrictions
Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No class actions or representative actions.
Exceptions
Disputes relating to IP enforcement/validity, theft/piracy/privacy/unauthorized use, or injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration.
16. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
17. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US. CERTAIN LAWS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of rights of a third party, or harmful acts toward other users.
20. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data you transmit for managing performance. Although we perform backups, you are solely responsible for your data. We have no liability for loss or corruption of such data.
21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree they satisfy legal writing requirements. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and delivery of notices and records.
22. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
Opting Out
If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP.” You may receive a confirmation message. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates depend on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

23. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We may assign rights/obligations. We are not responsible for events beyond reasonable control.
